I am an existing customer
If you have ordered from us before and have an account on this site, simply log
into your customer account, at the bottom of the page you can send a general enquiry
to us. Please note this is not a technical support helpdesk.
I do not have a customer account yet
We have, with regret, decided to stop responding to general enquiry emails. We would
love to answer genuine emails from potential customers, however these were getting
lost in all the emails asking for general advice and support, often on items we
dont stock or for people who havent even bought from us. Therefore, for the moment
we have decided to prioritise all emails relating to our customers, returns, warranties
and other order enquiries etc. If you have an enquiry regarding an order you have
made, click 'wheres my order?' and follow the instructions.
